Boulder River 8-5-19

The Boulder is fishing well.  The water flow is close to just right for the wade fisherman but low for the floater.  There are still remnants of the Golden Stone hatch as well as PMD’s, Drakes (Grey, Brown or Green) depending on which section of the river one is on and an abundance of Caddis flies.  The hoppers are also starting to mature and finding their way to the river.  The best action has been fishing with dry dropper combinations and early and late during the hot days.  Stop in the shop for most recent information.
