The Boulder River flows are dropping and the river is clearing up nicely. With flows much lower than normal, we are seeing early hatches. Look for Golden Stoneflies, Yellow Sallys, and PMD’s. Try fishing a Golden Stone dry with a Prince nymph dropper or Yellow Sally nymph dropper, switching to a smaller Yellow Sally dry in the afternoon.
